Ordering Information Policies

Supercars Unlimited utilizes the latest security technology to protect your personal information. All information you submit to us is securely encrypted using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. The information you provide us will remain confidential and will only be used for shipping and billing purposes. We will not sell or give away your personal information. Browsers display a symbol (usually a complete Key or Closed Lock) when operating in a secure environment.

How To Order

You can use our online shopping cart, order by mail, telephone or fax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and all American Express cards or prepaid orders. We no longer send ANY C.O.D. orders. We cannot ship to P.O. or F.P.O. boxes. A street address is always required.

Mail

Please use our order form and fill in all the appropriate blanks, including all vehicle information. Please print or type. If we can't read it, we can't send it! Personal checks are accepted on all on orders up to $50. All orders above $50. should be made by a money order or certified check. PLEASE NOTE: Personal checks over $50. MUST clear both banks. This will cause a 12 to 15 working day delay before your order can be shipped. All prices are U.S. funds. Make checks payable to: Supercars Unlimited. On Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express orders, be sure to fill in all appropriate information on the order form. Including expiration date. Be sure to add shipping charges. Orders can be sent via fax 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please use our order form and include all Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card information. Will Call

Although we are a "mail order" company, you may pick up orders here at our warehouse if you are in the area. All we ask is that you phone your order in one or two days in advance.

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico Shipping Information

Do not use the above chart for shipping costs. Shipping costs for Canadian, Alaska Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders are as follows:
CREDIT CARD ORDERS: (phone, mail, email, on-line and fax) will be charged the actual shipping costs based on weight, package dimensions and value.
MAIL ORDERS (Except credit card), Add 20% to invoice total. (All Canadian non credit card orders must be paid by a money order or bank draft payable in U.S. funds).

When placing your order online, fill in the appropriate amount in the Shipping Cost (US $) box. The shipping cost will be adjusted to the actual cost when your order is processed.

MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE: $12.50
As of November 1, 2010, all international and non contiguous US orders will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.
Most orders are shipped parcel post air mail or U.P.S.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship any aerosol cans out of the contiguous US.

International Orders

(Except Canada)
We ship Oldsmobile parts worldwide! For shipping costs, you will need to contact us with a complete list of all items you are going to be ordering. We can then calculate a close estimate of the shipping cost based on weight, package dimensions and value. When placing your order online, fill in the appropriate amount in the Shipping Cost (US $) box. The shipping cost will be adjusted to the actual cost when your order is processed.

We can accept only Visa or MasterCard for payment on international orders. Most orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail or UPS.

MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE $15.00.
As of November 1, 2010, all international orders will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.

Returns

We have probably the easiest return policy in the industry. No authorization numbers, no hassles, and we won't hold YOUR money with an "in-house" credit! The only thing that we do REQUIRE is that you send a copy of the invoice. If your order was placed on a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card, you MUST include a copy of that receipt as well (or current card info). We do not accept ANY returns sent back C.O.D.

Returned item must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. The following items are NOT returnable: Electrical parts, literature, paint layouts, 18- part numbers, or any special order item such as wire harness assemblies. If you have a problem with any part, please don't hesitate to call. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Returns subject to a 15% restock fee.

Sales Tax

NO sales tax charged! Oregon has no sales tax. (And we won't charge you any "handling fees" either).

Back Orders

We stock what we list in this catalog. However, there can be situations when we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. This will be indicated on your invoice. We will also note an approximate date of shipment. Back orders rarely exceed three weeks.

Freight Damaged Merchandise

Our shipping department operates under the philosophy that all outgoing packages are being sent to themselves for use at a major show or event. We go the extra effort to make sure that you receive your parts without the delay of freight damage. However, in the off chance you do happen to receive an item damaged in transit, you must first let the delivery company know of the problem BEFORE sending the merchandise back.

Core Information

Some of the remanufactured products we list are sold on an exchange basis. These parts have what is known as a "core charge" (or core "deposit"). Any item requiring a core deposit has the charge indicated with the part number. You can pay the appropriate deposit when you order. Or you can avoid paying the core deposit by sending your cores in with your order. Cores returned after purchase must be received by us no later than 60 days of receipt for a full refund. Fifty percent of core value will be refunded on any core received after 60 days. All core returns must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept any returned cores shipped C.O.D. Any core deposit paid on a credit card will be credited to that account. Please include all current card information. Be sure to follow specific core info listed along with the part. Cores MUST be returned in original mfg. Box. Note: In effort to preserve the environment for future generations, we use recycled, recyclable and biodegradable shipping boxes and materials whenever possible.
